Bali Blue Moon

9 Sep

This coffee comes from trees planted in the highland plateaus that lie between the inland Batukaru and Agung volcanoes.  Many of the farmers on the island belong to a traditional farming system called Subak Abian, which is based on the Hindu philosophy of “Tri Hita Karana.” They believe that the source of happiness is good relations with God, other people and the environment, making them well suited to sustainable agriculture. This coffee is Rainforest Alliance Certified.

Tasting Notes: earthy, sweet cocoa, hint of tropical fruit

Terrific flavor, very smooth, sweet and very easy to drink. Bought this yesterday afternoon, and my breakfast is getting an unexpected boost from this wonderful coffee!
