Manufactured for us, we find that these food-grade nylon cone filters allow more of the coffee oils to pass through to the cup while still filtering out any fine particles. We designed them for the Hario V60s, but they are cone shaped and can be used with several other hand-pour devices. The material is durable enough to last hundreds of use (though care should be taken to preserve the seams to extend the life of the filters).
Price: $7.50 per filter, shipping is free.

I’ve been trying my darnedest to find a nice ultra fine nylon filter to use w/ a one-cup porcelain drip filter holder. This would need a standard (straight-bottom) cut off cone shape, not the pointed cone Hario uses. They apparently don’t yet exist. Any chance of you providing those, as well? I don’t like the metal taste of the metal mesh permanent filters.
In your description you say to “take care of the seams”. I have a no. 4 size nylon filter (too large for my one-cup drip holder) that has heat-sealed seams instead of sewn. The seams are just as sturdy as the rest of the bag and don’t leak sediment. Perhaps you can find a mfr. who has the equipment to do heat sealing?
